Board of Trustee
The Board of Trustees (2 females & 2 males) of the organization is responsible for the conduct of the organization’s general operations, performing duties under power delegated by the board.
Management Committee
The administration and financial control of GreeniHAD is vested in the Management committee (MC) which comprises of the Executive Director, Program Manager, Administration/ Human Resources and Finance Manager.
International Board of Advisory:
The International Technical Advisory Board (ITAB) comprising of 8 experts (4 Female & 4 Males), provides technical advice to the Board of trustees and the management committee.
Staff and Volunteers
Comprises of the regular staff, contractors, consultants, part time staff and volunteers across the country that are working on different projects and programs of GreeniHAD
